Sauna / Gym Design and Production for Small Spaces !
This project was developed for a private residential space in London, where the goal was to transform a limited area into a fully functional home gym and sauna environment.
At Antonio Kort, we design wellness spaces across a wide range of scales , from compact residential solutions to large commercial facilities. This project was intentionally presented to demonstrate our ability to deliver high-quality design even within the smallest footprints.
The client specified the fitness equipment based on their personal training preferences, selecting the machines they use most frequently. From that foundation, we shaped the architectural concept and spatial experience, ensuring that the gym and sauna coexist harmoniously within a minimal and refined design language.
Our role extended beyond visual design. We were responsible for the complete renovation strategy, including space planning, design direction, sauna integration, and overseeing the production and implementation process. The project involved guiding the transformation from the initial concept through execution, maintaining consistency between aesthetics, functionality, and build quality.
