Home Gym / Sauna Design and Production !
This project was designed as a private wellness retreat integrated into a residential backyard. The client’s vision was clear: create a warm, elegant, and functional home gym combined with a custom sauna and a compact sitting area for relaxation.
A key design driver was the reuse of existing materials. The client had a significant amount of wood available on-site, which we carefully repurposed by cutting it into planks and applying it across both the flooring and ceiling. This approach not only optimized the budget but also gave the space a cohesive, natural character.
The gym was planned with a clean and modern layout, incorporating foldable fitness equipment to maintain flexibility and openness. Custom-made shelving units were designed to organize accessories while preserving the minimal aesthetic. The sauna was conceived as an integral architectural element rather than a separate addition, blending seamlessly with the overall interior language. A fully custom-designed sauna cabin and heater system were developed specifically for the space.
From the earliest concept discussions to final execution, we worked closely with the client through every stage. Our responsibilities covered the complete process , design development, material strategy, production coordination, and full renovation.
The result is a balanced environment where training, recovery, and relaxation coexist within a unified, warm wooden atmosphere.
