Commercial Sauna Design and Production !
This project explores the design of a large-scale commercial sauna created to accommodate approximately 30 users. The client’s vision centered on a bold, distinctive space defined by a strong geometrical language and a moody, immersive atmosphere.
To achieve this, we developed a composition based on deep, dark-toned natural wood contrasted with travertine surfaces. The interplay between these materials enhances the architectural lines while adding warmth, texture, and visual depth. The darker wood palette reinforces the intimate, cocoon-like ambiance expected from a premium wellness environment.
A custom-designed heater enclosure was integrated as a key visual and functional element, contributing to both safety and the overall sculptural identity of the space. Carefully positioned LED lighting was incorporated to accentuate the geometry, emphasize the layering of materials, and amplify the atmospheric mood.
The result is a contemporary sauna environment that balances capacity, comfort, and visual impact delivering a unique spatial experience aligned with the client’s request for a refined yet striking design.
