Al Faya Event Design !
This project was created for Al Faya and involved the complete creative design and spatial development of a branded event experience. Working from the client's brief and brand guidelines, I transformed the venue into a cohesive environment that reflected the brand's identity while delivering an engaging visitor experience.
Starting from the venue floor plan, I developed the overall event layout and designed every major element, including the stage, entrance, reception area, seating areas, interactive installations, projection mapping surfaces, circulation corridors, and other branded features. Every component was carefully positioned to create a seamless visitor journey while maintaining functionality and visual consistency throughout the event.
Throughout the project, I ensured that every design decision followed the client's branding requirements while introducing my own creative direction to enhance the overall atmosphere and audience experience. My role covered both the creative vision and the technical execution, resulting in a successful event that fully met the client's objectives.
My Responsibilities :
-Creative direction for the overall event experience.
-Designing all individual event elements, including the stage, entrance, reception desk, seating areas, walking corridors, interactive installations, projection mapping surfaces, and other branded features.
-Developing the overall event layout based on the venue floor plan.
-3D modeling of all designed elements.
-Applying materials and finishes according to the client's brand guidelines.
-Integrating all event components into a cohesive spatial experience.
-Designing the lighting to enhance the atmosphere and support the projection mapping experience.
-Producing high-quality photorealistic renderings and interactive presentations.

Autodesk 3ds Max : 3D modeling and scene development.
V-Ray : Lighting, materials, and photorealistic rendering.
Unreal Engine : Interactive visualization and real-time presentation throughout the project.
