This contemporary living space was designed around the idea of openness, balance, and seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living. The generous proportions of the architecture allowed us to create a layout that feels expansive and breathable while still maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Every element in the design was carefully positioned to enhance the sense of flow throughout the space and strengthen the visual connection with the outdoor terrace, pool area, and surrounding nature.
One of the key focuses of this project was creating a cohesive material language across the entire environment. The natural stone fireplace wall becomes the central anchor of the space, bringing texture, depth, and subtle movement into the interior. The soft veins of the marble work together with the warm wood finishes, muted fabrics, and textured flooring to establish a calm and refined atmosphere without overpowering the architecture itself. We wanted the materials to feel connected and continuous, allowing the interior and exterior to visually blend into one experience rather than feeling separated.
The furniture layout was designed to encourage conversation, relaxation, and comfort while preserving the openness of the room. Large seating elements define the living area without blocking the visual flow toward the outdoor landscape. The low-profile furniture helps maintain clean sightlines across the entire space, allowing natural light to move freely throughout the interior and enhancing the airy character of the design.
Minimalism played a major role in shaping the atmosphere of this project. Instead of relying on excessive decoration, the design focuses on proportions, textures, natural light, and carefully balanced materials to create visual richness. The shelving units were integrated directly into the architecture to keep the space clean and organized while adding warmth and subtle depth through indirect lighting and layered compositions.
At the same time, it was important for the interior to feel warm and inviting rather than cold or overly minimal. Soft upholstery, warm neutral tones, textured rugs, and ambient lighting were introduced to create a cozy environment that feels comfortable both during the day and at night. The linear fireplace further strengthens this atmosphere by adding movement, warmth, and a natural focal point to the center of the room.
The overall goal of this design was to create an elevated living experience where contemporary architecture, natural materials, minimalism, and comfort coexist in harmony. The result is a space that feels elegant and refined while still deeply connected to nature, light, and everyday living.
